Economic Affairs (EA)

Economic Affairs at the Consulate General of the Netherlands in San Francisco supports the economic health of the Netherlands by consulting with relevant state and local authorities and business communities, providing the Dutch business community with pertinent information, and organizing trade-promotional events and other activities focused on knowledge exchange and business development. The department’s activities are focused on water management, agriculture, the environment, IT, and creative industries. The Consulate is actively engaged in supporting networks in Silicon Valley, through the Holland in the Valley initiative, and in Hollywood, through the Holland Hollywood Connection initiative.
