U.S. - Netherlands Meeting on Cyber Security Research & Development
On February 21, 2012 experts from various NL agencies and DHS S&T met in Washington, D.C. to discuss ongoing cyber security R&D programs.
The meetings identified five high-priority topic areas for U.S.-NL cooperation: cyber forensics, malware prevention, identity management, SCADA/critical infrastructure, and cloud computing. As a result, both sides agreed to exchange data and co-fund various projects. The NL agencies have pledged a commitment of 1.5 million € for collaborative activities for 2012.
