World Water Day 2011: "Water for Cities"

Today (March 22nd) is World Water Day. Dutch Crown Prince Willem Alexander will join in live through video conference from South Africa on the ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding between Worldbank President Robert Zoellick and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

As president of the UN Advisory Board on Water and Sanitation, the Dutch Crown Prince opened a conference in South Africa with the following speech.
